Three ways qibb and Grass Valley are making broadcast workflows faster, smarter, and more connected
From scheduling to playout, social media publishing, and high-speed file delivery, the combination of qibb and Grass Valley AMPP is helping broadcasters automate the workflows they rely on every day.

At IBC2025, we will be showcasing three real-world use cases that demonstrate how this integration streamlines operations, reduces manual effort, and improves reliability, all while working seamlessly with the tools you already use.
Automated schedule import from Whats’ON to Playout X
The challenge:
Moving finalized broadcast schedules into playout systems can be slow and error-prone if done manually. Every file transfer, format conversion, and metadata check takes time, increasing the risk of mistakes that could disrupt on-air performance.
The solution:
qibb acts as the orchestrator between Whats’ON (Mediagenix) and Grass Valley AMPP, ensuring schedules flow automatically from one to the other.
Once a schedule is finalized in Whats’ON, qibb detects the exported file (or connects directly via API), converts it to the correct format, and prepares it for either manual import or auto-template load into Playout X. Built-in timestamped logs, error handling, and retries ensure nothing is missed, even in high-pressure, fast-turnaround environments.

The impact:
Broadcasters can get from final schedule to on-air faster, without manual intervention, while maintaining the highest level of reliability and security.
Social publishing from Framelight X via Ayrshare
The challenge:
Producers often need to get content from MAM systems to social platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube as quickly as possible. Doing this manually means re-uploading files, re-entering metadata, and repeating the same steps for each platform, a process that eats up valuable time.
The solution:
qibb orchestrates the workflow between Framelight X in Grass Valley AMPP and Ayrshare, enabling automated publishing to multiple social platforms. qibb moves the files, carries metadata across, adjusts formats on the fly, and ensures all actions are logged.

The impact:
Social teams can reach audiences faster while maintaining consistency and avoiding repetitive, error-prone manual uploads.
High-speed file delivery from Framelight X to accelerators
The challenge:
When large files need to be delivered quickly to partners, regional offices, or distribution platforms, slow transfers and manual upload processes can create costly delays.
The solution:
qibb orchestrates the transfer of files from Framelight X to high-speed file transfer accelerators such as Signiant. The workflow runs in the background with built-in error handling, retries, and delivery status updates so teams can focus on their work.
The impact:
Large files reach their destination faster and with less risk, ensuring reliable delivery without burdening production staff with extra steps.
